There are however some who believe they cannot cook at all. (Or can they!) We all like a challenge.
Many people who have children or busy working schedules just need helpful advice on how to make meals that are full of flavour, quick to deliver and relatively stress free, without too much fuss. Given the time, they are prepared to be a little more adventurous, so it is important that the advice given has to be of a practical nature and echo value for money.
There are many meals that are achievable for only a few pounds per head and with many wines on offer for around £6 - £7 pounds per bottle, it is possible to have good food and wine while keeping to a sensible budget, as long as you know what your looking for and where to look.
