Understanding How to Match Food and wine.

The principles of matching food and wine are in practice quite simple. With a little bit of knowledge you can become fairly confident matching food and wine in a relatively short time.

If you like Gin and Tonic you are more likely to enjoy a Sauvignon Blanc or if you prefer sweeter drinks such as Vodka or Jack Daniels and Coke you may find some Chardonnay’s or Fruitier wine styles with less Acidity more to your liking.
